GRV Furniture & Mattress – Returns, Refunds & Sales Policy

1. No refund, no exchange. All sales are final.

2. No refunds or exchanges on special orders, clearance merchandise, or discontinued merchandise.

3. All orders are subject to contingency beyond our control.

4. GRV Furniture & Mattress will not accept responsibility for any damage to private property during delivery.

5. Only the manufacturer's warranty is applicable on goods sold, where such a warranty exists. No other warranty is applicable.

6. All floor models are sold on an "As Is" basis only.

7. Delivery dates are approximate and are subject to contingencies beyond our control.

8. There are no warranties or guarantees against normal wear and tear.

9. A 50% deposit is required on all custom-made goods. No exchange or refund on custom-made goods.

10. A 35% cancellation charge will apply on cancelled orders.

11. GRV Furniture & Mattress reserves the right to cancel orders for goods that are not available.

12. GRV Furniture & Mattress is not responsible if delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances at the delivery location, including but not limited to furniture not fitting through doors or unavailable elevator access. No refunds or exchanges will be provided in such cases.

13. Exchange is applicable only for defective merchandise reported within 72 hours of delivery or pickup. Original packaging is required.

14. Manufacturer's warranty does not cover transportation expenses.

15. Transportation charges will apply for all service calls and warranty claims.
